All payment information is encrypted and securely handled via Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Klarna. We do not store full payment card details.

Product Information
We aim to display product information, imagery, and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen.
All product descriptions, materials, and sizing are given to the best of our knowledge, but may be subject to minor variations.
Fulfilment & Delivery
- Clothing and accessories are made to order.
- Magazines are printed in bulk and fulfilled by a third-party provider.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days of purchase.
- We currently ship within the UK only using couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.
- Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once they have been handed to the courier.
All prices shown include handling but exclude VAT as Dayhike Limited is not VAT registered.
Payments
Payments can be made securely via:
- Shopify Payments
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
- Klarna (where available)
We do not store payment details. Subscription payments for the magazine are billed ahead of each issue and are limited to a maximum of four charges per year. No upfront subscription fee is charged.
Product Availability
We aim to ensure product availability, but some items may become unavailable without notice.
We reserve the right to amend or discontinue products or cancel orders with a full refund if necessary.
Returns & Exchanges
Clothing & Accessories
Returns and exchanges are handled by our third-party supplier. You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Magazines
As these are printed publications, we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or damaged. Please contact us if your magazine arrives in poor condition.
