Returns & Exchanges
We hope you’re happy with your Dayhike order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out. If you’d like to request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@dayhike.co.uk with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange. We'll then send you the appropriate returns address and guidance.
Please note:
We’re a small, independent brand, so we’re currently unable to offer free return shipping. However, if you request an exchange, we’ll send the replacement item back out to you free of charge.
Our return window is 14 days from the date of delivery. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or damaged once in your care.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, get in touch with us straight away at hello@dayhike.co.uk so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on the following:
- Magazines, unless damaged or misprinted
- Gift cards
- Used or washed garments or accessories
- Custom or personalised items, if ever offered in the future
- Coffee
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, just drop us an email before sending it back.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7–10 working days for us to process the return, and up to 5 working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
As mentioned above, original shipping costs are not refunded.
